Hi Vivian,

Sorry for the late reply. The monkeys have been a little unruly lately.

Uninstalling Quicktime shouldn't affect music you've downloaded. Nor should uninstalling iTunes:

I tried this and I am still getting the error message. If I uninstall Quicktime, will I lose all the music that I've downloaded? And if I still can't get it to work, then what? Getting help from Quicktime is nearly impossible.

After dealing with error popping up three times for every IM reply I received for about an hour (and suddenly receiving IM's which really never happens) I searched and searched google. I tried the uninstall reinstall method which did not work. I can across this which exactly as this mentions I did suddenly recall checking the box recently. This fix worked beautifully! Thank you!!!
