I’m going to *try* to keep this month’s update short so we actually send it out on time. We’ve been sort of flaky lately as we just switched to a new brand of ink for the typewriters and everyone has been a little loopy from the fumes. From the desk of Dr. Safran

I want to offer my heartfelt thanks to the amazingly talented Rob Costlow. Rob spent an entire afternoon playing the piano for all of the monkeys. His soothing music echoing through the halls of the SIMI Institute helped produced some of the most memorable prose in SIMI Project history. For example, Bongo wrote, “pu me na, fo in ta da, i me mo na.” Stunning.
